【摘要】 目的 :探索用维库溴铵抢救重度硫丹中毒后剧烈抽搐的治疗效果。方法 :重度硫丹中毒患者 12例 ,按治疗方法分为两组 ,治疗组 5例 ,用维库溴铵注射液 0 .0 3～ 0 .0 6mg·kg 1 ·h 1 静脉微泵维持 5～ 2 8h ;对照组 7例 ,1h内用地西泮注射液 60～ 10 0mg分次静脉注射 ,随后用 10 0mg静脉滴注维持 ,同时用甘露醇 ,氨茶碱 ,抗生素等综合治疗。结果 :治疗组在死亡率 ,后遗症 ,住院周期 ,控制抽搐时间上明显优于对照组。结论 :维库溴铵治疗重度硫丹中毒是一种有效的新方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effective therapy for severe convulsions after endosulfan poisoning by vecuronium bromide. Methods:Twelve suitable patients were randomized into two groups. Five cases in the treatment group received injection of vecuronium bromide 0.03～0.06 mg·kg -1·h -1 by micro-pump maintaining for 5～28 h. Seven in the control group were injected with diazepam 60～100 mg within one hour first, and 100 mg for maintaining therapy. Results:The mortality, sequela, the in-hospital time and time for convulsion control in the treatment group were significantly superior than that in the control group. Conclusion:Vecuronium bromide is an effective method to treat severe endosulfan poisoning.更多还原
