胃长康胶囊制备工艺研究

【摘要】 目的:为胃长康胶囊的生产工艺提供依据。方法:采用正交试验法,对胃长康胶囊的制备工艺及影响因素(A为煎煮次数;B为煎煮时间;C为加水量)进行研究,用薄层扫描法测定黄芪甲苷含量作为指标,确定最佳提取工艺。结果:A、B、C 3个因素对胃长康胶囊中黄芪甲苷的提取均有显著性的影响。结论:最佳提取条件为A38lC3,即加水煎煮提取3次(2.0,1.5,1.5 h),第1次加10倍量水,其余加6倍量水,并可以此工艺制成胶囊剂。

【Abstract】 Objective: To provide scientific basis for the preparation technology of weichangkang capsules. Methods: The preparation technology of weichangkang capsules and its influencing factors (A. number of decoctions; B. time of decoction; C. amount of water added) were studied with an orthogonal test. The content of astragalnside Ⅳ was determined with TLC as an index for optimizing the extraction technology. Results: All of the 3 factors A, B and C were shown to exert remarkable effects on the extraction of astragaloside Ⅳ from weichangkang capsules. Conclusion: The optimal extraction conditions for the preparation technology of weichangkang capsules were: 3 times of decoction for 2.0, 1.5 and 1.5 h, respectively; addition of 10 volumes of water for the first decoction, 6 volumes water for the second and third decoctions.
