【摘要】 目的:研究日本妇宝当归胶对睾酮所致无排卵的小鼠卵巢及子宫影响。方法:5 d龄雌性小鼠皮下注射25mg·mL^-1丙酸睾酮0.04 mL,造成无排卵的多囊病理模型,给药2周后取卵巢和子宫观察形态学变化。结果:睾酮所致小鼠的无排卵的多囊病理模型中,小鼠的卵巢、子宫重量明显降低。而妇宝当归胶各剂量组子宫的重量都不同程度显著提高,卵巢重量尚无显著影响。从形态学看,妇宝当归胶组闭锁卵泡和囊状卵泡的数量减少,正常卵泡的数量和黄体增加,正常卵泡面积改善,子宫中腺体数目增加,内膜增生情况改善。随着妇宝当归胶剂量的增加,作用反而降低。结论:适量使用妇宝当归胶能改善睾酮所致无排卵小鼠的多囊卵巢和子宫的病变程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of fubaodangguijiao(FBDJ) on ovaries and uterus of anowlation mice induced by testosterone. Method: The mice model of anovulation was induced by injecting testosterone. After administered FBDJ for two weeks, the mice ovaries and uterus were taken out and observed. Results: In the model of anovulation mice, the weight of ovaries and uterus decreased signifcantly. But the weight in FBDJ group increased in certain way. In the FBDJ group the number of atresic follicles and cystoid follicles decreased; normal follicle and corpus lutein increased; the normal follicle area was enlarged; the uterus glands and endometrium grew by morphology check. The action decreased while the dose increased. Conclusion: Suitable FBDJ dose can alleviate the level of pathological changes of ovaries and uterus induced by testosterone in mice.更多还原
