【Abstract】 Glucocorticoids play a very important role in treatment the serious SARS patients. It was used in various degree by most of SARS patients. But it also bring a lot of harmful sequences, especially unreasonable usage will be easier to lead the patient’s condition to deterioration, even to a failure treatment.
