【Abstract】 The purpose of this article is to present the philosophy and ethic think in the diagnosis and treatment of the hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) of neonate and in the prevention of pediatric diseases. It is very important to mediate the two aspects of the contradiction and to combine theory with practice. Dealing well with the right of knowing the truth, reaching agreements with patients and avoiding the overtreatment are valuable in establishing a positive, active, trustful and harmonious physician-patient mutual action pattern.
