【摘要】 目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎的手术治疗时机。方法总结52例溃疡性结肠炎的临床治疗及生化资料,分析不同病变程度之患者的临床治疗方法。结果经内科治疗后转入外科的溃疡性结肠炎患者52例,32例行结肠切除术,20例保守治疗缓解后9例复发,其小4例手术治疗。结论溃疡性结肠炎患者,在血清类粘蛋白初始值显著较高,血清白蛋白和血红蛋白初始值较低,经内科保守治疗无效者,应及早考虑某种方式的外科手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the occasion of surgical treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods The clinical treatment and bio-chemical datas from 52 cases of ulcerative colitis were reviewed.The clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis in different stages were analysised.Results 52 cases of ulcerative colitis were transferred from medical department to surgical deparrnent.32 cases were treated with colectomy,20 cases were treated with conservativ way,among wliom 9 cases relapsed after remission,4 cases were treated by surgery.Conclusion The patients of ulcerative colitis with marked higher initial data of mucoid but lower alfxunin and ferrohemoglobin in blood serum,and those for wliom conservative treatment was inefficacy showld be Treated the Operation as soon as possible.更多还原
