【摘要】 目的探讨三维超声在膝关节疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法应用Voluson730彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,对32例临床诊断为类风湿性关节炎的病人进行三维彩色多普勒超声检查,选用表面成像摸式,病人同时进行CT和MRI检查,并与之比较。结果三维超声诊断的敏感性94%,特异性100%,准确性95%。结论三维超声对诊断膝关节疾病有很高的应用价值,能为手术和治疗提供较准确的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of three-dimensional US(3-D) in diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis in knee joints. Methods Thirty-two patients (64 knee joints) with rheumatioid arthritis were studied by 3-D reconstruction. Sonographic examination were compared with CT and MRI. Results The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of 3-D ultrasonogray were 94%, 100% and 95% respectivity. Conclusions 3-D ultrasonograhy plays an important role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of knee joints.更多还原
