【摘要】 目的　探讨经阴道彩色多普勒血流显像对宫角妊娠诊断与鉴别诊断的临床价值。方法　对经手术和病理已证实的 6 4例宫角妊娠二维图像、血流分布及频谱特征进行回顾性分析。结果　根据 6 4例经阴道二维超声与彩色多普勒检查结果 ,将宫角妊娠分为三种类型 ,1典型孕囊型 1 3例 ,超声诊断正确率 1 0 0 %(1 3/ 1 3) ;2不典型孕囊型 1 6例 ,诊断正确率 93%(1 5 / 1 6 ) ;3包块型 35例 ,诊断正确率 6 9%(2 4 / 35 ) ,内含 4例残角妊娠破裂误诊为宫外孕。结论　经阴道彩色多普勒对宫角妊娠的早期诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical significance of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound to diagnose cornual pregnancy.Methods 64 cases of cornual pregnancy confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed according to the characteristics of two dimension ultrasonography together with blood supply of cornual pregnancy.Results 64 cases of cornual pregnancy were classified into three groups:①Typical ultrasonographic features of normal pregnancy but malpositioned (13 cases),diagnostic accuracy of 100%(13/13);②typical ultrasonographic features of normal pregnancy and malpositioned(16 cases),diagnostic accuracy of 93%(15/16);③Abnormal masses in the horn of uterus(35 cases),diagnostic accuracy of 69%(24/35).Additionally,4 cases of pregnancy of rudimentary horn of uterus were misdiagnosed for extrauterine pregnancy.Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound is useful for early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cornual pregnancy.更多还原
