异浙贝甲素氮氧化物的分离和结构鉴定
A new steroidal alkaloid from the bulbus of Fritillaria wabuensia
【摘要】 目的 研究川贝母的化学成分。方法 运用色谱方法进行分离纯化,用氢谱、碳谱、DEPT谱及质谱鉴定其结构。结果 从四川家种贝母新种——瓦布贝母(Bulbus fritillaria wabuensis S.Y.Tang et S.C.Yueh)鳞茎中分得3个甾体生物碱,分别为:西贝素(imperialine,Ⅱ),西贝素氮氧化物(imperialine-β-N-oxside,Ⅱ),异浙贝甲素氮氧化物(isoverticine-β-N-oxide,Ⅲ)。结论 化合物Ⅲ为一种新的异甾体生物碱,命名为异浙贝甲素氮氧化物(isovertlcine-β-N-oxide)。
【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the chemical constituents of the bulbs of Fritillaria wabuensia. MethodsChromatography techniques were used to isolate the chemical constituents. EI-MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and DEPTwere used to determine the structures of the isolated constituents. Results Three alkaloids were isolated fromthe bulbs of Fritillaria wabuensia, and were identified as imperialine (Ⅰ), imperlaline-β-N-oxside (Ⅱ),isoverticine-β-N-oxide (Ⅲ). Conclusion Isoverticine-β-N-oxide was isolated from the bulbs of Fritillariawabuensia for the first time. Isoverticine-β-N-oxide is a new alkaloid.
