肺表面活性物质临界胶团浓度的实验研究
Study of the Critical Micelle Concentrations of Pulmonary Surfactant
【摘要】 本文探讨了肺表面活性物质(PS)制剂的表面张力系数随其浓度的变化关系,确定出PS制剂的临界胶团浓度(CMC)为5mg/mL,PS制剂在肺液内的最佳使用量以略大于CMC值为宜;本实验结果还显示所用PS制剂展开成膜(即降低表面张力)的能力小于其形成分子胶团的能力。
【Abstract】 To explore coefficient surface tensions of the pulmonary surfactant (PS) preparation is how to vary with its concentration. The article points out that the PS preparation’s critical micelle concentrations(CMC) is 5 mg/mL and the concentrations of PS preparation in the lung is about more than CMC as well. As well as, the results of experiment also show that the capability that PS preparation becomes the membrane is smaller than the one that it forms molecule micelle.
