心音的非线性时间序列分析
Nonlinear Time Series Analysis of Heart Sounds
【摘要】 本文通过非线性时间序列分析的方法来分析心音时间序列,获得有关冠状动脉阻塞的血液动力学特征信息。对结果进行统计分析后,冠状动脉阻塞患者的心音与正常人相比在动力学特征上是具有显著性差异的。而且对于正常人来说血液动力学特征有标度的性质,而冠状动脉阻塞的,没有明显的标度性质。这有助于冠状动脉阻塞的无创检测。
【Abstract】 Nonlinear time series analysis is applied in analyzing heart sounds for acquiring hemodynamic character of partly or completely occluded coronary artery. According to statistic analysis, there is a significant difference in dynamics sense between the patient group and the normal group. Furthermore, the normal subjects’ homodynamic character can be scaled in a value, but no tramsparent scale hature in the patient group. These are good for noninvasive detection of occluded coronary artery.
