【摘要】本文简介了目前三维放射治疗技术的发展情况,着重介绍了三维适形放射治疗(3Dconformalradiationtherapy,3DCRT)、调强放射治疗穴intensitymodulatedradiationtherapy,IMRT雪、立体定向放射外科系统穴stereotacticradiosurgerysystem,SRS雪几种放疗方法。并就几种方法的技术基础———三维CT模拟定位计划系统(CTsimulationand3Dtreatmentplanningsystem,3DCT-sim)作了详细阐述。最后指出三维放射治疗的未来发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper first reviews the development of three-dimensional radiation therapy technology, and emphasizes the 3-D Conformal Radiation Therapy, Intensity modulated radiation therapy and stereotactic radiosurgery system. Then the basic technology of CT simulation and 3D treatment planning system is discussed in detail. The future development directions in 3-D radiation therapy technology are also produced.更多还原
