【摘要】 目的:观察He-Ne激光穴位照射治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎HBeAg阳性的疗效。方法:治疗组66例患者在维生素、利肝丸等保肝综合治疗基础上加用He-Ne激光穴位照射治疗。每次照射30分钟,每天1次,15天为一个疗程。对照组34例,采用常规保肝治疗。治疗一个疗程后,休息5天,再治疗一个疗程,每个疗程后检查1次乙肝病毒(HBV)标志物和肝功能。结果:治疗组66例中,39例转阴,转阴率为59.1%:对照组34例中,7例转阴,转阴率为20.5%。两组HBeAg转阴率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:He-Ne激光穴位照射治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎HBeAg阳性有一定疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinic effect on acupuncture point irradiation of He-Ne laser for the treatment of chronic B hepatitis. Methods: 100 patients of chronic B hepatitis allocated to two groups. Treatment group (n=66) treated with He-Ne laser and topically use Vitamin and Cholagogue. Once daily for 30 min, 15 days for one treatment. 5 days later the next treatment began. Control group(n=34) used common hepar protective therapy. Results: The total effective rate (59.1%) in treatment group was significantly higher (p<0.05) than those in control group (20.5%). Conclusions: Acupuncture point irradiation of He-Ne laser is an effective therapy for chronic B hepatitis.更多还原
