磁处理酒对小鼠脑组织自由基代谢的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨磁处理酒对小鼠脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)和胆固醇含量的影响。方法:用邻苯三酚测定SOD,TBA法测定MDA,改良的Griess法测定NO,高铁—醋酸—硫酸显色法测定胆固醇。结果:与对照组相比,磁酒组MDA含量显著提高(p<0.05);磁酒组NO含量与白酒组相比显著降低(p<0.05);白酒组NO含量明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:磁处理白酒可影响小鼠脑组织的自由基代谢及胆固醇含量。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of magnetized liquor on the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD), malon-dialdehyde(MDA), nitric oxide(NO)and cholesterol in the brain of mice. Methods: SOD activity is determined with Trihy-droxy benzene. MDA is determined with TBA(Thih bar bituric Acid), NO is determined with improved Griess method and cholesterol is determined with color-reaction of ferric-acetic acid-sulfuric acid. Result: MDA content in magnetized liquor group is significantly higher than control group(p<0.05). NO content in magnetized liquor group is significantly lower than liquor group(p<0.05). NO content in liquor group is markedly higher than control group(p<0.05). Conclusion: The magnetized liquor can affect the metabolism of free radical and the content of cholesterol in the brain of mice.
