【摘要】 采用问卷结合座谈的调查方法 ,对玉溪市中学的教师、教育管理者、学生及其家长进行了调查。分析结果表明 ,玉溪市中学生普遍具有强烈的升学愿望 ,绝大多数家长和教师也希望他们的孩子或学生进入高中学习 ;玉溪市普及高中阶段教育的关键问题是资金和师资 ,而玉溪市民在政策允许的情况下大多数愿意投资教育 ,玉溪市的中学教师在工资和福利有保证、政策明朗的情况下也愿意去民办高中任教 ,等等。由此得出 :玉溪市普及高中阶段教育是必要的、可能的 ,也是可行的结论更多还原

【Abstract】 A questionnaire and talk investigation conducted with teachers, administrators, students and parents shows that: students have a strong demand to enter senior high schools; the majority of parents and teachers want their children and students to enter senior high school; the key problem of middle school education popularization is investment and teachers; most citizens in Yuxi are willing to invest in education as far as the policy allows; middle schools teachers are willing to work in a private senior high school as long as their salaries, welfares and are quarantined by policies.
