【摘要】 目的　测定 5个不同厂家的美洛昔康片剂与胶囊剂的溶出度 ,考察产品质量。方法　采用紫外分光光度法测定美洛昔康片剂与胶囊剂的溶出度。结果　 5个不同厂家的美洛昔康片剂及胶囊剂 4 5min内均溶出 70 %以上 ,溶出度参数T50 、Td、T80 、m及溶出速率常数Kr均存在显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论　不同厂家产品的内在质量存在差异 ,提示临床用药时应加以注意更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To determine the dissolution of meloxicam tablets and capsules from 5 domestic factorys Method The dissolution were determined with UV spectrophotometry in vitro Result The results indicated that all the samples were released over 70% in 45 minutes Very significant difference( P <0 01)exists in the dissolution parameters of T 50 ,T d ,T 80 ,m of meloxicam tablets and capsules from 5 factorys Conclusion Because of the significant difference in drug release among 5 domestic factorys,it is indicated the attention shoud be paid to their clinical use It is necessary for controling the dissolution of meloxicam tablets and capsules to ensure clinical efficacy and safety更多还原
