【摘要】 目的　建立小儿止咳糖浆 (甘草流浸膏、桔梗流浸膏、氯化铵、橙皮酊等 )中甘草酸铵的含量测定方法。方法　高效液相色谱法测定甘草酸铵的含量。采用LichrosorbC18色谱柱 ,流动相为水 乙腈 冰醋酸 (65∶3 5∶2 5) ,检测波长为 2 54nm ,流速为 1 0ml·min- 1。结果　甘草酸铵线性范围为 0 8～ 4 0 μg(r=0 9994) ,平均加样回收率为 97 4% ,RSD为 0 5%。 结论　该方法简便、可靠、准确 ,用于小儿止咳糖浆的质量控制更多还原
