【摘要】 目的 :研究胃癌患者血清P53 抗体与临床病理特征之间的关系 ,以及手术前后血清P53 抗体的动态变化规律。方法 :采用ELISA方法对原发胃癌患者 4 6例 ,良性胃部疾病患者和正常人各 30例 ,以及胃癌患者术前和术后 7d进行血清P53 抗体检测。结果 :4 6例原发胃癌患者中有 12例血清P53 抗体阳性 ,阳性率为 2 6 1%。胃癌患者血清P53 抗体指数和吸收率与肿瘤的病理分期、淋巴结转移有密切的关系 (P <0 0 5 )与患者性别、年龄、原发肿瘤大小、部位无明显的关系 (P >0 0 5 )。术后 7d较术前血清P53 抗体指数、吸收率和阳性率明显下降 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :血清P53抗体用于胃良恶性疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断 ,具有良好的特异性。术后血清P53 抗体水平明显下降 ,动态检测血清P53 抗体水平 ,对于判断预后可能有一定的帮助更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relationship between presence of anti-P_ 53 antibodies in sera of patients with gastric cancer and clinicopathologic factors,preoperative and postoperative sequential changing regularity of serum P_ 53 antibodies in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:46 patients with gastric cancer were tested for P_ 53 antibodies by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The blood samples were collected on the first preoperative day and the seventh postoperative day. Moreover,30 patients with benign gastric disease and 30 healthy individuals were recruited into this study as controls .Results: Serum anti-P_ 53 antibodies were positive in 12 of 46 gastric cancer patients (26.1%). The level of serum anti-P_ 53 antibodies in gastric cancer was related with disease stage and lymph node metastasis,( P <0.05)but it was no significantly related with sex,age,the size of tumor and the site of tumor. ( P >0.05) The level of serum antibodies decreased significantly in patients after operation.The level and positive rate of serum anti-P_ 53 antibodies had significant differences between the first preoperative day and the seventh postoperative day( P <0.05).Conclusions: Detection of serum P_ 53 antibodies is helpful to diagnosis of benign and malignant gastric disease. Monitoring of sequential test is helpful to judge prognosis of patients with gastric cancer after operation.更多还原
