【摘要】 目的 :探讨治疗锁骨远端骨折的两种方法的优缺点。方法 :分析自 1998年至今 78例用锁骨钩钢板或克氏针张力带治疗锁骨远端骨折的疗效。结果 :两组在手术时间及手术出血两方面无显著性差异。在术后疼痛缓解及肩关节功能恢复上 ,术后 1周无显著性差异 ,术后 2、4、12周有显著性差异。结论 :锁骨钩钢板在治疗锁骨远端骨折时在疼痛缓解及肩关节外展功能恢复方面明显好于克氏针张力带。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of clavicular hook plate (CHP) and K-wire tension band in treating adult lateral clavicle fracture. Methods : From 1 998 to now, 78 cases with lateral clavicle fractures were treated with CHP or K- wire tension band and their effect was evaluated. Results:Two grou ps had no sig nificant difference in operation duration , bleeding amount. Also had no signif icant difference in pain abatement and the recovery of abduction function of sho ulder joint in the firs t week after operation, but there were significant difference in 2,4 and 12 w eeks. Conclusion: CHP is better than K-wire tension band in treating the adult lateral clavicle fractu re on pain abatement and the recovery of shoulder abduction function.更多还原
