【摘要】 目的 :探讨艾司洛尔减轻气管插管时心血管的副反应 ,寻求临床应用的有效方法。方法 :6 0例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级手术患者 ,随机分成两组。组Ⅰ为对照组 ,n =30 ;组Ⅱ为艾司洛尔组 ,n =30。组Ⅱ ,于诱导前 4min以美国百特微泵静注艾司洛尔 30 0 μg·kg-1·min-1,诱导时改用艾司洛尔 2 0 0 μg·kg-1·min-1,至插管后 10min停药。组Ⅰ ,以同样的方法 ,等量的生理盐水输注。比较两组诱导前 4min到诱导后 10min的BP、HR、RPP ,以统计学分析结果。结果 :组ⅡBP、HR、RPP在全程变化最小 (P <0 0 1,有显著性差异 )。结论 :艾司洛尔是预防气管插管时心血管副反应的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the untoward reaction of esmolol on endotracheal intubations. To search an effective method for clinical application. Methods: 60 ASAⅠ～Ⅱcases of operation were divided into two groups at random, groupⅠ(control, n=30), groupⅡ(esmolol,n=30).GroupⅠto inject intravenous esmolol 300μg·kg -1·min -1 with Baxter of USA AS40A micro-pump 4 min before induce, to inject esmolol 200μg·kg -1·min -1 in anesthesia induce, kept on till 10 min after intratracheal intubation. GroupⅡ to inject 0.9%NS with groupⅠin the same way.Compared two groups’BP,HR, RPP in 4 min before to 10 min after inducement. The results were by statistical analysis. Results:The chages of BP,HR,RPP in groupⅡwere less compared with group I.Two groups had asignificant difference. Conclusion:Esmolol is efficacious to provide untoward reaction of circulatory response to endotracheal intubations.更多还原
