【摘要】 目的:考察双氯芬酸钠滴眼液临床应用于白内障术后的抗炎作用。方法:将白内障手术病人随机分成2组,治疗组42例(53眼),对照组42例(46眼)。治疗组手术前后均使用0.1％双氯芬酸钠滴眼液,对照组则不用,观察术后第1、4、7天病眼视力、前房渗出及人工晶状体前表面色素沉着情况。结果:治疗组术后病眼视力的提高明显好于对照组,其前房渗出及人工晶状体前表面色素沉着也明显少于对照组。结论:双氯芬酸钠滴眼液可减轻白内障术后的炎症反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of 0.1% diclofenac sodium eye drops on postoperative inflammatory reaction for cataract. Methods: The patients with cataract were randomly divided into treatment group (42 cases, 53 eyes) and control group (42 cases, 46 eyes). Patients in treatement group were given 0.1% diclofenac sodium eye drops before and after operation for cataract, while those in control group were not. The vision, exudation from anterior chamber and pigmentation to anterior lens capsule in two groups were observed after operation for cataract. Results: Compared with control group, the improvement of vision in treatment group was superior and the exudation from anterior chamber and pigmentation to anterior lens capsule in treatment group were significantly lessened. Conclusion: 0.1% diclofenac sodium eye drops could lessen the postoperative intraocular inflammatory reaction for cataract surgery.更多还原
