微生物法测定血清中克拉维酸钾的浓度
Method for Microbial Determination of the Concentration of Potassium Cavulanate in Serum
【摘要】 目的 :本实验建立血清中克拉维酸钾微生物测定法 ,最低监测浓度 0 0 5 μg/ml;方法 :按《中国药典》(2 0 0 0版 )抗生素微生物测定法 ;结果 :日间和日内变异系数均小于 1 0 %;相对回收率低、中、高浓度均在 (1 0 0±1 0 ) %范围内 ;线性范围为 0 0 5~ 4 μg/ml;结论 :符合生物样品分析要求。
【Abstract】 Obstract: To establish a method for microbial determination of the concentration of potassium clavulanate in serum, the lowest monitoring concentration was 0 05 μg/ml; Methods: The methods is according to the method of Antibiotic Microbe Test appendix of the pharmacopoeia of china(2000); Results: RSD between days and in day was less than 10%, the mean recovery was (100±10)%, the standard curve was linear in the range of 0 05~4 μg/ml; Conclusion: The method was suitable for letermining biological samples.
