【Abstract】 Objective:To improve the preparation of Pyrrole-2-thiocarboxamide. Methods:The pyrrole-2-Thio-carboxamide is prepared from elctrophilic substition, and hydrolyzed by reacting with potassium thiocyanate, ethyl chloroformate and pyrrole by using suitable method of aftertreament. Results:This method is simple and convenient. The yield is better than that reported before, and the reacting condition is moderate. Conclusion:This synthesis route is practical and easy to popularize in industry.更多还原
