【摘要】 目的:利用近红外漫反射光谱无损,快速的定量测定肉骨粉中的蛋白质、脂肪、水分含量。方法:采用改进最小二乘法(MPLS)建立定标模型并预测。结果:用近红外漫反射光谱定量测定肉骨粉的成分有良好的效果,以传统的化学方法相吻合。结论:该方法具有快速、简便、无药品试剂污染、节约分析时间、分析费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Applying with the non-impair as well as fast quantitative assy by Near Infrared Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy (NIDRS) . Method: establishing aquantitative standard modified Partial Least Square (MLPS) to detect the amount of protein fat and mositure inmeat-bone-powder. Results:The results indicated that the NIDRS had good efficacy in determining the components of meat-bone-powder and could replace the methods of traditional chemical measure.This method not only have the advantage of fast, convenient but also have the non-reagent contaninated, economized getecting time and cost as well.更多还原
