【Abstract】 A new species i.e. Helina sichuaniarctica SP.nov. belonging to Phaoniini of Phaoniinae is described and figured in the Present paper. The type specimens is kept in the Institutes of plant Physiology & Ecology, Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai 200032,china. Helina sichuaniarctica sp.nov.(Figs.1～4) Male:Body and wings length 8 0mm respectively, body and legs (except the knees brown yellow) black. This new species closely related to Helina mimintermedia Feng et Xue,2002, but can be distinguished from the latter by the following characters:1) Eyes bare, but the latter with microchaeta; 2) distal part of fifth sternite with long and strong bristles, the latter without ones;3) Znd and fifth tergite without spot, the latter with ones; 4) subbasal part of hind tibia without bristle, the altter with ad and pdiⅠ respectively; 5)surstyli in male straightly on distal part,the latter backward curved on ones. Female:Unknown Holotype ♂, Maoxian (Sanlong,2400m,31°42′′N,103°52′E), Sichuan Prov., China, coll. by Qiao Xuerong.更多还原
