【摘要】 目的　评价胰腺囊实性乳头状上皮性肿瘤的临床病理特点及其治疗。　方法　分析我院2 0 0 3年收治的经手术病理证实的 2例胰腺囊实性乳头状上皮性肿瘤的临床病理资料 ,并复习国内外相关文献。　结果　该病好发于青年女性 ,临床表现主要为上腹部肿物 ,腹痛 ,上腹不适等 ,无特异表现 ,超声、CT、MRI等影像学检查有诊断价值 ,最终诊断依靠病理学检查。本组 2例均行手术切除 ,疗效满意。　结论　胰腺囊实性乳头状上皮性肿瘤为低度恶性肿瘤 ,预后较好 ,治疗首选手术切除。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinicopathological characteristics of solid and cystic papillary epithelial neoplasm of the pancreas (SCPEN). Methods Two cases of patients with SCPEN admitted to our hospital in 2003 were studied and the literature was reviewed. Results Both patients were female adolescents. The disease was found accidentally in both cases,where the most common presenting symptoms were abdominal mass and abdominal pain. Ultrasonography,CT scan and MRI were considered to be the most useful tools for the diagnosis,though final diagnosis depended on histopathologic examination. Both patients underwent surgical resection with good prognosis. Conclusions SCPEN usually behaves as a very low grade malignancy with relatively good prognosis,and complete surgical removal is the treatment of choice.更多还原
