【摘要】 目的　观察内直肌超常量后徙治疗共同性内斜的手术效果。方法　对不同类型的共同性内斜均采用超常量内直肌后徙 ,根据斜视度不同 ,单眼或双眼内直肌后徙 6～ 9mm。结果　术后眼位矫正良好 ,无明显内转及辐辏受限现象 ,术后经视功能训练 ,有部分患者恢复Ⅲ级视功能。结论　内直肌超常量后徙是治疗共同性内斜的一种安全可行的办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of extra reces sion of media rectus in the trentment of comitant esotropia.Methods All kinds of esotropia,the extra recession of medial re ctus was perfromed,the operative amount that distributes in unilateral or bilate ral medial rectus was 6.0-9.0mm.Results The effects was satisfactory,the limitation of adductio n or convergence was not observed.By function training,some patient recovered bin ocular single vision.Conclusion The extra recession of the medial rectus is an effec tive and secure method for the comitant esotropia.更多还原
