【摘要】 目的　比较巩膜包裹羟基磷灰石 (hydroxypatite ,HA)义眼台植入法与带线HA义眼台直接植入法的疗效。方法　眶内植入HA义眼台共 5 8眼 ,用自体或异体巩膜包裹义眼台后眶内植入 40眼 ,用带线义眼台直接植入眼眶 18眼 ,随访 3月～4年。结果　义眼台暴露 7眼 12 % (7/5 8) ,Ⅰ期 1眼 ,Ⅱ期 6眼 ;6眼采用巩膜包裹植入法 15 % (6/4 0 ) ,1眼采用带线义眼台直接植入法 5 6% (1/18)。结膜囊狭窄 1眼。结论　HA义眼台植入术后主要并发症是义眼台暴露 ,用带线义眼台直接植入发生这种并发症的机率变小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evalute the clinical application and complications of hydroxyapatite orbital implant in sclera or unwrapped. Methods A total of 58 cases receiving the HA orbital implants were observed and follow-up from three months to four years. 40 cases were wrapped in homologous sclera and autologous sclera. 18 cases were unwrapped which the HA implant with suture were used. Results 7 cases (12%) had implant exposure, 6 cases’ (15%) HA implant wrapped in homologous sclera and autologous sclera beca me exposure,1 case’s (5.6%) HA implant with suture became exposure. Conclusion The main complications of HA implant were implant exposure, using the HA implant with the suture may reduce most exposure.更多还原
