【摘要】 目的　探讨人工晶状体植入术后迟发性炎症反应的原因。方法　随访 2 0 0 0年 11月至 2 0 0 1年 11月同一手术环境下白内障超声乳化并人工晶状体植入术 92 2例 (92 2眼 )。均植入后房型PMMA人工晶状体。按生产厂家分A ,B ,C ,3组。术后出现迟发性眼内炎症反应者 5 3例 ,其中A组 3 6例 ,B组 16例 ,C组 1例。结果　 92 2例迟发性炎症反应发生率为 5 75 % ,A组为 7 66% ,B组为 6 0 6% ,C组为 0 5 3 % ,统计学处理后 ,A组与B组人工晶状体二者差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,A组与C组 ,B组与C组之间相比差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论　术后迟发性炎症反应发病率与不同厂家生产的人工晶状体有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the cause of delayed infl am mation after implantation of intraocular lens (IOL).Methods Fro m November 2000 to November 2001,922 cases (922 eyes) were treated by phacoemulsification and implanted posterior chamber PMMA intraocular lens.Three groups(A,B,C) were divided by different IOL PMMA manufacturers.Fifty- three cases appeared delayed intraocular inflammatory reactions of which group A had 36 cases,group B 16 cases and group C one case.Results The rate of delayed inflammatory reactions of 922 cases was 5.75%, including cases of group A 7.66%,group B 6.06% and group C 0.53%.By w ay of statistics,difference of IOL between group A and group B was not significa nt (P>0.05).As to group A and group C,group B and group C,it had remarkable difference (P<0.01).Conclusion The rate of delayed inflam matory reactions was associated with different IOL implanted.更多还原
