【摘要】 目的　探讨连续环形撕囊在小切口非超声乳化白内障手术中应用的效果。方法　对 2 2 6例 ( 2 43眼 )老年性白内障小切口非超声乳化囊外摘出术中施行前囊连续环形撕囊术。结果　 2 43眼中 2 2 8眼 ( 93 .82 % )顺利完成连续环形撕囊 ,179眼 ( 73 .66% )将晶状体核自囊袋旋拨至前房 ,其中Ⅰ级核 16眼和Ⅱ级核 93眼全部旋拨成功 ,Ⅲ级核 70眼旋拨成功 (占 61.95 % ) ,部分病例 ,需做前囊松解切口。结论　连续环形撕囊用于小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘出手术时 ,在Ⅰ、Ⅱ级核是安全有效的 ,部分Ⅲ级核及Ⅳ级核做前囊松解切口后也能顺利成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficiency of continuous circular capsulorhexis(CCC) in non-phaco extracapsular cataract extraction through a small incision.Method Through small incision,non-phaco extracapsular cataract extraction with CCC were performed on 243 eyes of 226 cases.Results Successful CCC were performed on 228 eyes (93.8%) The lens nucleus were stirred from capsular bag to anterior chamber with rotation on 179 eyes (73.66%),including 16 eyes of Ⅰ grade nucleus,93 eyes of Ⅱ grade nucleus and 70 eyes of Ⅲ grade nucleus Conclusion When using CCC in non-phaco cataract extraction through small incision,it is safer and effective on Ⅰ and Ⅱgrade nucleus ,but Ⅲ and Ⅳgrade nucleus need partly releasing the capsular incision.更多还原
