【摘要】 目的　探讨春节期间特有的烟花爆竹所致眼部爆炸伤的危害性和治疗结果。方法　分析 2 0 0 4年春期间此类爆炸伤 3 3例 3 6眼的一般情况、眼别、爆炸物种类、受伤情况 ,对视功能的危害 ,治疗方法及治疗结果。结果　男性占 96 97% ,2 0岁以下者占 60 61% ,发生在农村者占 72 73 %。多为普通鞭炮炸伤 ,单眼伤占 90 91% ;以角膜损伤最多 ,其次为葡萄膜和晶状体损伤。并发症及后遗症以角膜白斑、玻璃体浑浊、瞳孔变形和外伤性白内障较多 ;治疗后视力 0 0 5以下占 48 48%。结论　春节期间发生的眼爆炸伤严重而复杂 ,所以应加强预防宣传。伤后及时正确处理 ,可能挽救眼球和视力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the ocular trauma caused by fireworks and cracker in spring festival. Methods 33 cases ( 36 eyes)injuried by fireworks and cracker in 2004 spring festival were aralyzed. Results 32 cases were male ( 96.97% ):60. 61% of the cases were younger than 20 years old; 72.73% of the cases were from countryside and most of them were injured by common cracker; 90.91% of the cases were injured in single eye. The most common injury was corneal wound, the second was uvea and lens wounds. 48.48% of the finally vision were lower than 0.05.Conclusion The ocular trauma caused by fireworks and cracker in spring festival are severe and complicated. Prevention and treatment in time is important.更多还原
