【摘要】 目的　探讨羊膜移植术治疗持续性角膜上皮缺损的效果。方法　不同原因引起的持续性角膜上皮缺损 2 0例 ( 2 4眼 ) ,以羊膜移植进行治疗。术后裂隙灯显微镜及荧光素染色检查 ,平均随访 18月。结果　全部患者均于术后 3周内愈合 ,角膜表面光滑。视力增进者 10例。结论　羊膜移植治疗持续性角膜上皮缺损是一种有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of amniotic membrane transplantation on persistent comeal epithelial defects.Methods Amniotic membrane transplantation was performed on 20 cases (24 eyes)by kinds of cause. All patients were followed-up for 18 months were examined with slit-lamp and fluorescein staining.Results All patients healed completely in three weeks with smooth corneal surface. The vision of 10 cases was improved.Conclusion To use amniotic membrane in place of basic membrane,it can promate corneal epithelium restore rapidly,to reconstruct the normal ocular surface.The transplantation of ammotic membrane is a effective method for persistent corned epithelial defects.更多还原
