【摘要】 目的　探讨晶状体乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术治疗睫状环阻塞性青光眼 (恶性青光眼 )的临床效果。方法　对 12例 ( 12眼 )青光眼滤过术后发生的睫状体阻塞性青光眼 ,采用联合手术治疗 ,随访 6～ 14月 ,平均 9月 ,观察手术效果。结果　 12例睫状体阻塞性青光眼均治愈 ,并停用睫状肌麻痹剂 ,眼压得到有效控制 ,前房恢复正常 ,视力提高。结论　晶状体超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术治疗睫状体阻塞性青光眼是有效安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the treatment of malignant glaucoma by phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens(IOL) implantation.Methods The combined surgical procedures were used to treat 12 cases (12 eyes) of postoperative malignant glaucoma and the results were analyzed.The cases were followed up 6 months to 14 months,9 months averagely.Results All 12 eyes were cured.It was showed as normal intraocular pressure,normal anterior chamber depth,and improved visual acuity.Conclusion It is effective and safe to cure malignant glaucoma with phacoemulsification and posterior chamber IOL implantation.更多还原
