【摘要】 目的　探讨共同性内斜视手术的术后正位率及其影响因素。方法　统计和分析 46例共同性内斜视的手术效果及术前诸多因素与术后正位率的关系。结果　 46例中手术后正位 3 4例 ( 73 % )。发病年龄、手术年龄、病程、手术前双眼视力及手术前斜视是否交替性与术后双眼视功能的建立密切相关 ,而与眼位矫正无关 ,手术量是术后眼位的决定性因素。结论　超常量内直肌徙后、以戴镜及裸眼视近斜视度的平均值作为目标角及以角膜缘为起点测量手术量都是提高手术正位率的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the correction rate of the surgery on concomitant esotropia and study the factors related to the surgery effect.Methods Observed and analysised the effect of the surgery on concomitant esortopia and the related factors.Results 34 of 46 cases were full corrected and correction rate is 73%.Conclusion Age of onset of strabismus,operation age,course of the strabismus,alternation of esortopia eye and visual acuity of both eyes before the surgery are related with establish of binocular vision after the surgery but not related with the esotrapia correction.The operative quantity is the key factor affecting the surgical effectiveness.Extra large recession of medial recti,using average estropia degree of naked eye and wearing spectacles in near distance as the correction aim and using limbus as the starting line to measure the distance of recession are all very important factors affecting effectiveness of the surgery.更多还原
