【摘要】 目的　观察供体年龄及角膜新鲜程度对人角膜缘干细胞体外培养的影响。方法　 168例人角膜 ,按年龄分为A、B、C三组 :按供体死亡至被培养的时间分为新鲜组和陈旧组。采用组织块培养法进行细胞培养 ,观察各组细胞开始生长时间及培养生长率。结果　细胞开始生长时间及培养生长率在不同年龄组之间差异无显著性意义 ;但在较新鲜组与陈旧组之间差异有显著性意义 ;组织越新鲜 ,细胞生长越快 ,生长率越高。结论　选取较新鲜的供体 (≤ 8天 )进行培养可获得好的培养效果 ,而不需过多考虑年龄因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observe the effect of donor’s age or the time from death to culture on human limbal stem cells culture.Methods The 168 corneas were distinguished by their age or preservation time. When the tissues were cultured, the time from culture to outgrow and their growing rate were observed and recorded.Results There is a significant difference between the time from death to culture and cell growth. The fresher the tissue, the quicker the cells grow, and the higher their growth rate.There is no significant difference between the donor’s age and the cells growth.Conclusion Using fresher tissue can acquire a good result in human limbal stem cells culture. Donor’s age don’t affect human limbal stem cells culture.更多还原
