【摘要】 目的　探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (laserinsitukeratomileusis ,LASIK)并发症的类型、发生原因及处理方法。方法　利用康宁公司生产的KN5 0 0A平推刀及Photondata公司生产Scan 195型准分子激光机对 13 6例 (2 5 1眼 )近视行矫治手术 ;术后随访 5月以上。结果　 17眼出现角膜瓣形成不全、欠矫、过矫、角膜瓣部分浑浊、不规则散光、眩光等 6种术中、术后并发症 ,经及时处理 ,疗效较好。结论　LASIK对矫治近视是有效且安全的 ,其并发症可以预防和控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the type cause and therapy methods of complications of LASIK.Methods 136 patients (251 eyes) of myopia were treated with KN5000A knife and Scan 195 excimer laser.All patients were followed up more than 5 months.Results 6 kinds of post operation complications occurred in 17 patients,these complications were:not enough shaped of cornea,less reducing myopia,more reducing myopia,corneal partial opacity,not trim astigmatism,optical rotataion.All these were treated immediately and good effect were got.Conclusion LASIK is an effective and safe method in the therapy of myopia,its complication can be controlled and prevented.更多还原
