人工模拟酶保护晶状体免受紫外线损伤的研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨人工模拟酶对紫外线造成大鼠晶状体损伤的保护作用。方法  5 0只大鼠制作眼前段紫外线损伤模型 ,分为加酶组及对照组。紫外线照射 1~ 5天每天 15min ,照射后 15min用 0 1mL人工模拟酶为加酶组滴眼 ,用生理盐水为对照组滴眼 ,过 2 4h后各组随机取 5只大鼠处死取晶状体上皮 ,制成透射电镜片观察其超微结构变化。结果 经过紫外线照射以后对照组晶状体上皮细胞内线粒体破坏明显 ,甚至融解。实验组晶状体上皮细胞内线粒体结构无明显变化。结论 人工模拟酶在清除氧自由基 ,保护晶状体免受紫外线损伤有重要作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe ultra structure of artificial enzyme_PZ 51 in protecting lens of the rat eyes from UV damage.Methods Total ultraviolet irradiating models were produced in wistar rats by irradiating for 15 min every 24 hours in period of 5 days.The rats were divided into control group and group with PZ 51 randomly.In the group with PZ 51,0.1 ml of PZ 51 was dropt in every rat at 5 min after UV irradiation.All lens were fixed and processed for examination by electron microscopy.Results UV radiation produce obvious damage in lens epithelium in the controls,the mitochondria structures were broken,some even disappeared.Those lens of the group with PZ 51 show nearly normal morphology.Conclusion The artificial enzyme-PZ 51 has stronger effect of clearing the free radical and protecting anterior segment of eyes from UV damages.
