【摘要】 目的　分析影响角膜穿孔伤致盲的有关因素。方法　对 162例 ( 162眼 )角膜穿孔伤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　 162眼中 48眼发生致盲。角膜伤口线形与非线形 ,有或无眼内异物 ,有或无虹膜脱出 ,以及前房积血的程度 ,均与致盲率存在显著关系。结论　角膜伤口的非线形 ,眼内异物 ,虹膜脱出 ,和Ⅲ～Ⅳ级前房积血是角膜穿孔伤致盲的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the correlative factors of blindness among patients with perforating corneal injury.Methods A retrospective analysis on clinical data was performed on 162 patients with perforating corneal injury.Results 48 eyes result in blindness in the 162 eyes.The blindness rate is connected with nonlinear corneal wound,intraocular foreign body,prolapse of iris and Ⅲ or Ⅳ degree of hyphema.Conclusion The dangerous factors to result in blindnessare nonlinear corneal wound,intraocular foregin body,prolapse of iris and severe hyphema.更多还原
