【摘要】 目的　探讨进一步提高激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变 (centralserouschorioretinopathy ,CSC)疗效的方法。方法　CSC 50例 (50眼 )分成 2组 ,Ⅰ组 (改良组 3 0眼 )直接激射渗漏点并覆盖渗漏点周围约 1/ 3PD范围 ;Ⅱ组 (传统组 2 0眼 )直接激射渗漏点 ,两组其它参数相同 ,光凝强度均为弱Ⅰ级至Ⅰ级 ,对两组疗效进行观察比较。结果　Ⅰ、Ⅱ组中心视力恢复时间分别为 (18 60± 11 80 )天、(2 6 45± 13 87)天 ,中心反光出现时间分别为 (2 4 67± 10 71)天、(3 3 0 0± 14 61)天 ,激光后 1月Ⅰ组中心视野恢复正常者 2 3眼 ,Ⅱ组 9眼 ,经检验 2组间差异均有显著意义。随访 (1 0 8± 0 3 4 )年 ,Ⅰ组无复发 ,Ⅱ组有 1眼复发。经精确检验 2组间差异无显著意义。结论　改良的激光治疗方法可提高对CSC的疗效 ,缩短病程 ,减少复发率更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the means which can increas es the curative effect of central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) with laser.Methods50 cases (50 eyes) were divided into two groups accordi ng to the laser pattern:group Ⅰ,Laser treatment was performed at the spots of l eakage and covered the area of 1/3 PD around the leakage;group Ⅱ,the spots of l eakage were treated alone.The other curative parameters were the same.The curati ve effects of two groups were compared.ResultsThe recovery time of vision acuity of two groups was (1 8 60±11 80)d and (26 45±13 87)d respectively,and the reappearance time o f central reflection of two groups was (24 67±10 71)d and (33 00±14 61)d .The cases which had normal central visual field in 1 month after laser treatmen t were 23 in group Ⅰ and 9 in group Ⅱ.There was significant difference between two groups.The cases were followed up for (1 08±0 34)y.No revurrent case in group Ⅰ while 1 cases recurred in group Ⅱ and there was no significant differ ence between two groups.ConclusionThe improving laser treatment can increase the curat ive effect of CSC.It can also shorten the course of CSC and reduce the chance of recurrence.更多还原
