【摘要】 目的　探讨改良的小切口非超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的疗效和安全性。方法　对 40 0例 (42 1眼 )白内障行非超声乳化的小切口摘出 ,光学部为 6.0mm的PMMA一体型人工晶状体植入。术中隧道切口的隧道较长 (内口与外口之间长度为 4mm)。在植入人工晶状体后 ,旋转人工晶状体 ,使上方切口处残余的皮质进入前方后吸出。结果　术后 1周内裸眼视力高于 0 .5达到 85% ,术后 2月裸眼视力高于 0 .5者达 90 %。术后 1周、1月、3月的角膜散光与术前比较的差异分别为 :1.18± 0 .58D ;1.0 6± 0 .48D ;0 .56± 0 .3 8D。所有病例手术切口均不需缝合 ,术后无一例发生房水渗漏及浅前房。结论　改良的小切口非超声乳化人工晶状体植入术治疗各种白内障效果良好 ,安全性高更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the curative effect and safe ty of non-phacoemulsification and IOL implantation with modified small incision .MethodsAfter non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction wit h modified small incision,an organic whole PMMA Lens with 6mm-optical-device wa s implanted in 400 cases of cataracts (421 eyes).The lateral linear incisions we re 6.0～6.5 mm long,The inner incisions were on the transparent cornea and the t unnels depth were about 4 mm.The inner incisions were trapezoid and larger than the lateral incisions.ResultsThe uncorrected visions of 85% eyes were better than 0. 5 on the first postoperative week.Postoperative astigmatism absolute values of c orneas were (1.18±0.58)D;(1.16±0.48)D;(0.56±0.38)D,different from preoperativ e in 1 week,1 month and 3 months.ConclusionThe non-phacoemuls ication and IOL implantation with modified small incision was safe,economical,pr actical and had a good effect.更多还原
