【摘要】 目的 :探讨不同剂量铁剂对儿童缺铁性贫血的治疗效果。方法 :对 6 7例营养性缺铁性贫血患儿随机分为两组 (常规量铁剂组、小剂量铁剂组 ) ,用富马酸亚铁进行治疗 ,观察临床疗效。结果 :两组不同剂量铁剂治疗后 ,网织红细胞 (Ret)增高率、血红蛋白 (Hb)上升以及治愈率和总有效率比较 ,差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,小剂量组副作用明显减少 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :小剂量铁剂治疗缺铁性贫血 ,易被患儿接受 ,服药次数少 ,是一种实用有效的治疗方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To demonstrate the efficacy of different dosage Ferrous Fumarate on iron deficiency anemia (IDA) in children.Method: 67 cases of IDA children were randomly divided into 2 groups: one group was routine dose(6 mg/kg/d), the other was small one(2 mg/kg/d), and the pre-and post-treatment efficacy were observed.Result: The percentage of reticulocyte, Hemoglobin, Serum ferritin were no significantly change between routine dose group and small one(P>)0.05)), but incidence of side-effect was markedly lower in small dose group than in routine one (P<)0.01)).Conclusion: small dosage of iron is a acceptable, simple, economical and effective method for treatment iron deficiency anemia in children.更多还原
