【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the cost effectiveness analysis(CEA) of Zhengtian pill (ZTP) and Tongtian oral solution (TTOS) in the treatment of tension type headache (TTH).Method: The cost effectiveness analysis was used to evaluate 63 cases, who were divided into groups A and B. Group A: received ZTP 6g, po, tid×30. and Group B: received TTOS 10mL, po, tid×30.Result: The cost/effectiveness(C/E) of Groups A and B′s schemes were RMB 8.36 and 10.54 yuan, respectively, and the effective ratio was 91% and 87%( P > 0.05 ), respectively.Conclusion: The ratio of the cost and effect of ZTP is the best scheme but the price of TTOS is too expensive. The factory should better lower the price of TTOS in China.更多还原
