【摘要】 目的 :分析南京地区主要医院心血管系统药物近 3年用药现状和发展趋势 ,为该类药物的研究、生产、销售和临床应用提供参考。方法 :采用南京地区 2 2家医院 2 0 0 0年～ 2 0 0 2年的心血管系统购药信息 ,按金额排序法对品种和金额进行归类分析。结果 :南京地区 2 2家医院心血管系统用药金额 3年内增长了近 5 0 % ,其中抗心绞痛及血管扩张药、抗血栓药、抗高血压药三个亚类用量 ,始终占据该大类药物亚类排名的前 3位 ,而钙拮抗剂已基本占据心血管系统用药品种排名的前 3名。 3年中进口与合资药品占总量的综合比例 ,在二、三级医院中基本稳定。结论 :随着我国人口老龄化比例的增高 ,心血管系统药物的市场需求潜力巨大 ,具备广阔的开发前景更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the current situation and developing trend of the consumption of cardiovascular drugs used in some main hospitals of Nanjing in recent three years, so as to provide information for the research, production, sale and clinical application of these drugs.Method: According to the order of the sum of money, the purchasing information of cardiovascular drugs used in 22 hospitals of Nanjing between 2000-2002 was collected and analyzed.Result: The total cost of the cardiovascular drugs used in those hospitals was increased at about 50% in the three years. The consumption of anti anginal and vasodilating agents, anti thrombotic agents and anti hypertensives ranked the first three places in the category column all the time. Calcium antagonists almost occupied the front three places in the sort column. In the recent three years, the unified proportion of imported and joint venture products in the total consumption remained stable in the grade two or grade three hospitals.Conclusion: With the increase of aged people’s proportion in our country, the market requirement is enormous and the exploitation foreground is capacious for the cardiovascular agents.更多还原
