【摘要】 目的 :考察牙科畏惧症 ( DF)的构成因子及其在牙病治疗前后的的差别。方法 :自编 DF量表( Dental Fear Inventory,DFI) ,用 DFI在治疗前后测试了 2 5 0名患者。结果 :DFI的因子分析验证了 5个 DF因子 ,即医务人员畏惧 ,器械畏惧 ,卫生条件畏惧 ,经历畏惧 ,疗效畏惧。对于 DFI各测度的性别与就诊前后的二因素方差分析显示 ,性别因素的主效应不显著 ,而就诊前后因素的主效应非常显著。结论 :DFI的有效性和可靠性可以接受 ,DFI能够反映 DF及其临床变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To examine factors of dental fear (DF) and their differences before and after dental treatments.METHODS:We constructed Dental Fear Inventory (DFI),and administered DFI to 250 patients before and after treatments.RESULTS:Factor analysis of DFI revealed five DF factors:medical personnel fear,equipment fear,clinic health fear,experience fear,and treatment effect fear.ANOVA of gender × before-after treatments of DFI subscales indicated that main effects of gender were not significant whereas main effects of before-after treatments were very significant.CONCLUSION:Validity and reliability of DFI were acceptable. DFI could reflect DF and its variance in clinic treatments.更多还原
