【摘要】 目的 :探讨尼古丁对体外鼠磨牙牙胚及牙乳头间充质细胞BMP分泌的影响。方法 :分别采用器官和细胞培养的方法体外培养牙胚和牙乳头细胞 ,在培养基和培养液中加入不同浓度的尼古丁 ,将 15d胎龄的胎鼠的下颌第一磨牙牙胚置于对照组和实验组RPMI - 16 4 0半固态培养基表面培养 4d ,人牙乳头细胞置于各组培养液中培养 3d ,之后分别制作常规组织切片和细胞爬片 ,免疫组化染色。结果 :实验组与对照组相比较 ,对照组牙胚和牙乳头细胞BMP阳性染色强于实验组 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :尼古丁对体外培养胎鼠牙胚和人牙乳头细胞BMP的分泌存在抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To study the effect of nicotine on BMP secretion of mouse molar dental germs and dental papilla cells in in vitro .METHODS:Add different concentration nicotine into the culture liquid and medium.First mandibular germs from 15 d old mouse embryos were seperated and cultured on semisolid medium which contains 5 g/L agar dextrose RPMI-1640 for 4 d.Dental papilla cells were cultured in different culture liquid for 3 d.Then they were made in routine histologic and climbing slice, stained with immunohistochemistry method.RESUTLS:In control group the positive expression of BMP was stronger than that of experimental group( P <0.01, P <0.05).CONCLUSION:Nicotine inhibited the BMP secretion of mouse dental germ and dental papilla mesenchyme cells in vitro .更多还原
