低硫磁铁矿石综合利用研究
RESEARCH ON THE COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION OF MAGNETIC IRON ORE WITH LOW SULFUR CONTENT
【摘要】 低硫磁铁矿石普遍含有低品位硫 ,如不进行综合回收 ,不仅影响产品质量 ,而且污染生态环境。为此 ,采用浮选 -磁选方法 ,对其进行综合回收 ,选得含铁 67.88%、含硫 0 .18%的优质铁精矿 ,含硫 3 5 .0 4%的硫精矿 ,由此可以取得很好的效益。
【Abstract】 Magnetic Iron ore with little sulfur often contains sulfur of low-grade content .If the sulfur hasn’t been recycled comprehensively, the quality of the product will be affected, and so the ecological environment. Therefore , flotation-mag ne tic separation method can be used to recycle it . Hence, the qualified concentr a te can be attained ,of which Fe is 67.88% with low-grade sulfur 0.18%,and the su lfur concentrate is up of 35.04%. So that good economic performance can be acqu ired.
