赤泥氯化铁改性材料的制备及其表征
MODIFICATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF RED MUD ACTIVATED BY FeCl3
【摘要】 利用国内烧结法赤泥作为主要原料,以氯化铁作为改性剂制得改性赤泥,用于吸附含铬废水中的六价铬离子,其去除率达到了96.18%,效果较为理想。并借助扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、热失重与差热分析(TG-DTA)和红外光谱分析(FTIR)等手段,对赤泥及改性赤泥结构进行了系统的表征,结果表明由于三价铁离子(Fe3+)的引入,增强了改性赤泥的吸附能力。
【Abstract】 This paper used red mud as the main material, and developed a method to activate red mud by the FeCl3 as an absorbent of Cr6+ . The results show that activated red mud has higher adsorptive ability of Cr6+ by 96.18%. The structure of red mud and raw material are studied by SEM, XRD, TG-DTA and FTIR. Because of the increased Fe3+ , the adsorption capability of activated red mud has greatly improved.
