螺旋切槽孔松动爆破模型试验研究
MODEL TESTING STUDY ON PREFABRICATED SPIRAL V-NOTCH BLASTING
【摘要】 螺旋切槽孔爆破能够通过调整螺旋角来控制爆破块径、减少或尽量避免二次爆破,但目前有关螺旋切槽孔爆破的研究成果很少。因此,研究螺旋切槽裂纹的扩展以及与螺旋角等的关系,具有重要意义。用液压的方式来替代炸药爆破的准静态过程进行试验研究,观察裂纹的起裂、扩展,发现裂纹将沿螺旋切槽尖端方向扩展,模型材料在相同的抗压强度下螺旋角越大,起裂所需的压力越小,且在相同的抗压强度下,螺旋切槽的模型比圆孔所需的起裂压力小。
【Abstract】 Prefabrication spiral V-notch blasting can control diameter of blasting block and reduce the second blasting by adjusting spiral angle. Model testing study is made on prefabricated spiral V-notch blasting,and hydromatic method is used to simulate the quasi-static process in blasting of explosive. It is found from the model test that the crack initiates and develops along the tip of spiral V-notch and that the bigger the spiral angle is the easier the crack initiates and the spiral V-notch hole model is easier to crack than the circle hole one.
