【摘要】 目的　探讨急性白血病 (AL)患者血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)水平及临床意义。方法　应用ELISA法定量检测初发AL患者 4 8例 ,复发AL患者 1 8例和 30例正常对照组血清中及白血病细胞培养上清液中VEGF含量。结果　初发和复发AL患者血清VEGF水平明显高于正常对照组和缓解AL组 (P <0 .0 1 )。初发和复发AL患者细胞培养上清液VEGF水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;初发AL患者血清VEGF含量与外周血幼稚细胞和骨髓原始细胞数呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　血清VEGF水平一定程度上可能反映体内白血病细胞的总负荷量和疾病状态。检测血清VEGF水平可作为AL诊断、疗效观察和判断预后的有效指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the level of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) from acute leukemia(AL) patients and clinical significance. Methods\ ELISA was used to detect VEGF level in serum and cultural supernatants of bone marrow leukemia cells from 48 newly diagnoses patients,18 recur patients and 30 normal control samples.Results\ The results showed that VEGF levels in serum and cultural supernatants of bone marrow leukemia cells from newly diagnoses patients and recurrent patients significantly higher than in normal control samples (P<0.01). Serum VEGF level in newly diagnoses patients closed correlation to the number of blast cells in the blood and bone marrow. Conclusion\ Serum VEGF level may indicate the relationship of leukemia cell quantity and patient status. Detection of serum VEGF level can be the index of diagnosis,curative effect and prognosis of acute leukemia.更多还原
