涡旋压缩机径向随变机构动力学模型研究
Study of kinetics model of scroll compressorwith radial compliance mechanism
【摘要】 对十字滑环防自转机构和带有径向随变机构的涡旋压缩机结构进行了分析和研究 ,根据其运动特性 ,建立了偏心套径向随变机构运动简图和引入虚约束以改善受力和机器运转平稳性的偏心套径向随变机构运动简图。依据机构运动简图可进行机器动力学问题的研究分析
【Abstract】 In this paper the scroll compressor with both oldham ring and radial compliance mechanism is studied.By analyzing the relative motion relationships for each component in the scroll compressor,the kinetics diagrams of the scroll compressor is founded.The diagrams of the eccentric bushing mechanisms and virtual-contraint for improving the force distribution and enhancing the kinetic stability in the scroll compreesor are given with the kinetics model the problems regarding the dynamics of the scroll compressor can be analyze.
